Hack Your Career

A Project Management System For Your Career

STARTING JULY 30, 2018*

This program is now full!

Now that you’ve been working for a few years, you’re not exactly loving it. And no one is really helping you figure this out or how to change it. You can’t count on your boss to be your confidante, finding mentors hasn’t been easy, and you’ve gotten some advice from your friends on what to do to manage your career moving forward, but you’re not really sure they have the best or the right ideas. You feel stuck, because this job pays pretty well, and you don’t want to give that up, but if you have to keep doing this for the next 6 months, you’ll be miserable. You feel like you want something different, but aren’t sure exactly what, you don’t want to give up the perks that you have now, but you do want and NEED to do something more interesting, that makes more of an impact, that you can see going somewhere.

Sound like you?

This weekly online group program puts you in a group with your peers: smart, hard-working people in your industry, who are in your shoes, and want to make a change.

How it works

You’ll meet once a week for a masterclass, will complete challenges and activities designed to drive your career forward with action, and you’ll share your progress on those challenges with your group. A coaching call at the beginning of the program sets you up for success and charts your path forward. A customized Trello template helps you manage all the tasks you’ll need to complete along the way so you can see your actions and progress. Weekly report-outs to your group will hold you accountable to action steps to move you forward. At the end you’ll feel energized with a clear vision of where your career will go next, and you’ll already have taken the most important steps toward that new reality.
